HRAdmin
HRAdmin is one of the two modules that comprise the Human Resources (HR) Database.
HRAdmin is a tool to enable health ministries, departments and facilities to effectively manage and administrate human resources (HR).
Human resources are the most expensive component of any health service and their poor management has a negative impact on the effectiveness of other aspects of health systems. HRAdmin is designed to facilitate better management.
Its main goals are to:
- assist health departments and ministries to manage day-to-day HR affairs, such as appointments, leave, benefits and training
- capture details of employee movements and deliver accurate status reports to managers on all areas of HR management, to be used in decision-making and planning
- work with human resources planning (HRPlanner) and financial systems to ensure that transitions to new systems happen quickly and seamlessly.
Its reporting system is flexible, enabling the generation of unique reports. It can be used at facility level, feeding into a main database at the health ministry.
HRAdmin consists of eight main components:

- Transactions.
