Health Partners
International
Health Partners International is a specialist consultancy organisation providing
high quality technical and project management services in health. Established
in 1995, its head office is in Lewes, UK. HPI is part of a network of
organisations that share similar values and who are committed to building
partnerships with the clients, consultants and communities with whom
we work. HPI’s core technical team are all senior professionals with
considerable practical experience and who share a strong commitment to
the development of effective, accessible and affordable health care.
HPI has a track record of successful health initiatives in many countries
in Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean and the South Pacific and

International is owned and managed by the company's senior partners.
Most of HPI’s core team of technical staff and partners have worked for
long periods in the health services of the developing world. This first-hand
experience of the challenges facing health services in poor countries has resulted in

Partners Southern Africa
Health Partners Southern Africa (HPSA) is a member company of
the Health Partners network. HPSA offers high quality technical expertise
in a wide range of consulting services in health care. Registered in 1996
in the Eastern Cape, South Africa, HPSA was created to provide opportunities
for South African experts in health service development to work with international
consultants on projects, assignments and other initiatives aimed at improving
health care in Southern Africa. HPSA is committed to the development of
local capacity in public health consulting. Emphasis is placed on identifying
creative and innovative individuals, especially from formerly disadvantaged
groups in South Africa, and facilitating their development as health consultants
within the context of strong working teams that execute health projects.
HPSA's track record includes: facilitating hospital reform programmes
in Tanzania and Nigeria; facilitating the development of a 10 year strategic
plan for health services in Malawi; playing a key role in planning the
transformation and rationalization of South Africa’s public hospitals;
facilitating a process of human resource planning and organizational development
of district health services in several provinces in South Africa; designing
and introducing the district health planning and management systems of
Zimbabwe, Botswana and Namibia; and developing new strategies and initiatives
for HIV/AIDS, STD and family planning programmes in Kenya, Zimbabwe and
Malawi.

Consulting
GRID Consulting is a Nigerian consulting firm specialising in the planning
and implementation of change processes and systems in commerce, industry,
government and not-for-profit organisations. GRID has over 25 years experience
providing integrated consulting services to the public and private sectors
in Nigeria and the West African sub-region. The firm’s headquarters are
in Lagos from where assignments are initiated, directed and supported.
Specific fields of expertise include: operations reviews; financial planning;
strategic and corporate planning; organisational systems reviews; accounting
